Refunds & Exchange Policy

We constantly strive to ensure that the products we produce are of the highest quality. However if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items that are sent back to us within 28 days. Returns and replacements are only accepted within 28 days of receipt provided that the item returned is in it's original and unused condition with all tags still attached. We can also exchange your order as long as the requested exchange item is in stock when we receive your returned goods.

Delivery charges will only be refunded if there has been an error on our part, or if the item received is faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us and would advise that customers obtain proof of posting when returning. The cost of returning goods to us for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. The original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund given and in the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. Please note: that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold, we will then deduct the delivery charge from your refund. 

Please be mindful that with personalised and bespoke items we are unable to offer refunds if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error, we are unable to resell these items or re-use them and unfortunately therefore cannot offer a refund or credit. So please take extra care with spellings, dates and any other special requirements. 

Workshops: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a workshop. We can offer a refund of your booking less 30% for administration fees if your cancellation is more than 14 days in advance. Alternatively you could opt for a friend to go in your place, just let us know the name of your elected replacement! If the cancellation is within 14 days, you could book onto another date (if there are spaces) for an additional 50% of the cost of a workshop.
